do you have a memory card in it? if so, put that into a memory card adapter that can be attached to your computer or if you already have drives for your card on your computer, put it in there.
Plug the USB into PC, windows will reconise it as a drive. Select My computer and then drive, then click on it and sub menus untill you see a list of files, these are your pictures.
E mail me if you are still stuck.

go to a camera shop, you need a usb cable to be able to put your photos on your cpomputer.

plug the usb cable into the computer then the camera. once both are connected then turn on your camera. the software should be installed from your camera. if that doesn' t work you can go into start, my computer, and then click on the icon for the camera, it should ask you where you want your pictures saved.
If you have a lot of images to download you might consider Downloader Pro from Breeze Systems, I carry a camera all the time and then occasionally dump the gigabyte or so of images onto my PC. Downloader Pro drops them all into subdirectories by year and date which makes it much easier to find what I want at a later date.
