Nokia 6680 - Unlocked?
Have received a Nokia 6680 phone and it is locked to Orange. Has anyone been able to unlock their phone? I have tried independent local mobile phone shops and they can't do it and have purchased software from ebay all a wast of money. Is there no experts out there in this field???

If you go to the site listed below, you can download some software that will enable you to unlock your phone. All you need to do is, enter your IMEI number into and what country you are in, also your network provider and it will calculate the code to put into your phone to unlock it. to get your IMEI number press *#06# and it will show serial number which is 15 digits long, that is your IMEI number. It will give you 5 or 6 sets of numbers. Start at the top number, if that does not work go down the list until one of them works. I have unlocked many Nokias with it but not that one yet, I hope it works for you. Good Luck!

you need to have a kit to open it. Its better if you could go to the nokia showrooms or its outlets to get the problem solved. Password cracking in cellular phones is possible.

3G phones are locked to network by the network themselves. very unlikely you will be able to unlock it. My other half has worked in phones for 4 years and he says they cant be done.
