Help, my nokia 6101 has frozen. Only the the middle and cancel button are working. Anyone know how to fix it?

I was replying to a text and the phone just froze. I don't want to turn it off because I won't be able to type in the PIN number. It's fully charged so I know its not the battery. Any help would be appreciated.

Open the back and remove the battery. Then reinsert and it should work
Take it out of the freezer
I think the only way is to take out the battery then reinsert and start again. Thats worked for me in the past.
remove battery my wifes did same then replace
CALL TMOBILE AND HAVE THEM TRANSFER U TO TECHNICAL SUPPORT. IF NOT CONTACT UR INSURANCE
take the battery out and then put it back this will re-set your phone
Ring your network provider, they'll probably send you a sim update, thing is when you get the sim update you have to turn your phone off! But if that doesn't work its got to be a physical fault with the phone anyway
