yes the phone is a Crosley "302" type phone. This is a new phone made to look like the old Western Electric 302 phones from the 40's. If you are using the phone for a prop in a period film, I hope the film is not set in the 40's because these phones were not available then (touch tone was invented in the late 60's).
If you are looking for either the Crosley phone or a Western Electric 302 both are readily available on ebay. Western Electric 302's in red are extremely rare and go for large dollars. The more common black 302 can be purchased for under $30.

hey! used to have a black one of those when i was young! ours was a bakelite 322 so i'm sure that's the same or very similar to what you're looking for.
you could try a web search for that. i'd do it for you but i've no idea what country you're in, so i don't know which results would be relevant.
