I am researching a Nokia 6230i, no media player?

I looked on the carphone warhouse website at the Nokia 6230i

http://www.carphonewarehouse.com/commerc.

and it says it has NO media player, does this mean I won't be able to play videos I upload from my PC or capture with the camera.

It even says on the left that it has a video recorder, but says no media player?

I presumed that media was a video with sound.

Answers:
it does play vdos but not in the wmv(windows media video) format. it plays in the 3gp format that is the format of Nokia.

the solution to it is if u have a vdo in media player format downlaod the video convertor from the net. i use Imtoo 3GP convertor.

you can use that to convert the movies into the 3gp format to watch movies on ur mobile as welll. intelligent isnt it?
It does have a media player, as I used to own one, you can capture and watch videos with sound and all thast sort of stuff, I assume they just mean that it does have a real player or anything like the new nokias do. I now have an N70 which does have a recognised media player.
This phone does have a media player, my brother has it and i just checked it myself as he is here with me. May be there is a typo error on the carphone warehouse website or maybe they don't know their business as they claim they do.
Here is the spec for this phone
it does have media player please check you phone Menu>> Media>> Then select Media Player
