Why can't I always receive digital TV channels? I can always get the BBC but not the others?

Answers:
It could be interference, that only occurs during certain wheather conditions.

I live on the Sussex coast. When there's good weather / high pressure, we get interference from TV signals from France. BBC channels seem to be barely affected, but ITV channels become pretty-much unwatchable at times, both in analogue and digital.
The local aerial company have had a look, and say there's nothing we can do - the transmission frequencies and direction to the transmitters are such that its bound to happen with certain atmospheric conditions.
Do you have a digitial tuner or receiver to receive digitial signals. If you have analog you will not receive digitial.
Some people live in poor reception areas, it may be so where you live, or maybe you need a better aerial.
you might need a digital arial my dad had this problem cost him £50 to get one put up and it did the trick thats if your using a free view box you didnt say
Arial Upgrade Required. and check all connections between Arial and digibox..
