I had a problem when my contract phone suddenly switched itself off and never would switch back on. After repeatedly trying to get them to fix it ( it was insured), with no success, I then decided when my contract came up for renewal to cancel it instead. Even though they said the contract was now over they still keep sending me bills every month for a broken phone that has no contract. I am refusing to pay them anything but it still causes stress. It's been over a year now since I stopped using their phones but still the bills keep coming.

I bought one a while back and couldnt get a signal so took it back to Argos the lady who served me had to ring up Three to do something to do with the SIM and she was on the phone for half an hour coz the guy on the other end was insistent I had made a call from the phone he even asked to speak to me I had to explain to him the fact I couldnt get a signal let alone make a phone call . In the end it got sorted I'm stickin to Tmob Ta.
I now how you feel had this for six weeks and with the bull s**t thy were giving me i took it to there head office and gave them hell. in the end i got a new one plus £50 credit on the phone its ok so far.so don't-go to the under dogs go for the main man hope that helps you out
