I have a compaq ipaq h3850. when i try to charge it using the cradle given it doesnt get charged. Why?
i have tried charging it for more than a day continuously. but the charging indicator is still off. so i need to connect it to ac power everytime i need to use it

When you put it in the cradle,do you connect the cradle to the mains power via the transformer,or via a usb to your computer??
