Help with my w800i mobile phone?
i cant get the number keys to work, i've tried to take it apart, but to be honest had no idea what i was looking for.
My phone switches on ok but as i have a pin, i cant get into my phone because the keys dont work.
any ideas?

instead of taking ur phone apart urself, take it 2 some1 who can work on it (and knows what s/he's doin'). but most preferably, return d phone to where u got it from.if u've got warranty,goodluck.
By d way, did something in d unusual happen to d phone? maybe u should throw some light in2 how it really all began n stuff hmmm.
is it under warranty? you should look for it.

The Carphone warehouse can repair broken phones.

If you don't manage to fix your phone sell it on e-bay under spares. We recently sold two quite old broken phones and got around thirty pounds each for them.
I have a w800i.it's a tempremental pile of rubbish.
So far I've had 6 of them in 5 months..and the one I have now has a faulty charger/data port. Lst time I hooked it up to my pc it took out my motherboard.
Take the thing back and demand the updated version (w810) or a different phone completely. I cannot wiat to get rid of mine !
