Can i load songs onto my ipod without using apple iTunes?
Answers:
Nope, this is why I won't buy an Ipod.
You have to use that crappy Itunes to upload to the Ipod.
It's Apples' way of trying to get you to buy music from them.
There are many "clones" available now that behave just like a normal USB flash drive and simply appear in My Computer as a removeable drive.
You simply drag and drop your mp3, wma, wav etc. music files to it.
As a bonus, lots of them can also play films and video clips and have colour displays.
Get limewire
yeah download 360 share then once you have downloaded some songs left click scroll down to open with then it should come up with a list like windows media player, i pod etc, then just click the one u want.. there is loads of other downloadable programs like that just wait for more wnswers there might be better ones out there this is just the one a friend recommended
get audiograbber its free google it this will turn cd into mp3 then connect ipod, in my computer it should show up as a removable drive just drag mp3 to it i dont know how ipod will handle this i dont have one but it work on iriver
its better to use itunes though
yes, you can use win-amp with a special plug-in
There was a piece of software called Anapod that allowed dragging-and-dropping onto an iPod. I tried it once, it was OK, but the iPod itself had 'issues'. i.e. it was crap.
If you're using your iPod with a Windows PC try Ephpod instead (www.ephpod.com).
