Which camcorder should I buy?

I would be glad to hear any recommendations.

I am looking for something reasonably small, cheap and with good quality video and sound.

Also I'm going to be taking it mountaineering, so if it was a wee bit hard to break that would be an added bonus.

Cheers

My Husband got me a lovely little sony handycam dvd92e light, easy to use and sound quality pic and vid's!
I think the sony DVD cams are quite good because they record straight onto DVD so you just stick it in the DVD player to watch it, they are a reasonable price now and really good quality, easy to use and a good camera
a DVD one, cos it goes straight in the computer afterwards

but not a sony
I have a Sony handy cam digital camcorder thay will run you about $350 at walmart the same camcorder only stander not digital is about $250. I line is about 3-4 mounths old.
Go for those with DVD. Because it is easy and large storage available! Meanwhile you can save cost if compare to tape or DV!
I have found the best selection of cell phones, electronics, cameras ,cam corders, Flat screen tv s,x-box and sony playstation at a great new online store www.alwaysbelowretail.com/ Their prices are 30 to 50 % below retail and it is a great place to compare. They also have over 10,000 items..
