(UK peeps only)The Orange phone network have caused me so much hassle with my phone bill. Do you know how to?
Answers:
We had endless trouble with Orange (we've since changed to vodafone) and my advice would be to you to get rid as soon as. Write to them (don't call as the same monkey never answers the phone twice) stating your case and give them a time limit in which to make a satisfctory response. Make a list of specific questions you want answers to. If you don't like what they say in their letter, you are in a strong position to seek further, legal, advice. The very best of luck to you!

Try breach of contract and check with trading standards
Go above the heads of the morons you are dealing with and attempt to appeal to their boss's sense of fairness.
If you want to break a contract any time with in this 12 months you have to pay total 1yr line rental. After 1 yr contract you can only have free upgrade mobiles, if you wish have latest or expensive one you have to pay the difference amount. although upgrade is free but not on all the mobiles
