Help on ipod?
and how do i put chosen tracks on?
Answers:
just delete the ones you dont want on theri
highlight and drag - probably need to create a new playlist for this songs first on itunes, then drag the playlist.
He should be able to wipe yours off using his itunes on his pc. The PC is the main holder, updating the ipod when attached, so you should be ok.
Attach your Ipod nano to your PC or laptop.Your itunes music would pop up. The PC later recognises the ipod if u did your connections properly,From there you can click on the music u want on the Ipod.
The nano is a tricky little bugger to be sure!!
You'll have to go into the settings when you have it plugged into the pc. In there is the option to update the song list manually, as the nano default is set to an automatic update, meaning to take songs off the nano you must remove them from the ITunes library.
Which is nice.
After you've altered the settings you'll be able to drag and drop as normal.
Good luck
It should be quite easy. Connect the I-pod to the PC and I-tunes should come up automatically. Go into your I-pod and you should be able to delete the songs by pressing delete or backspace on your keyboard. I did the same thing so what I would advise is go into your I-pod menu in I-tunes which you can find in the bottom right hand corner. Press on the Display I-pod menu. Click on the i-pod tab at the top and then deselect the top two options. You might not be able to drag songs because you have I tunes on automatic. To add songs is just the same, pick the song in your library that you want to put on your I-pod and drag it to your I-pod Icon and it should go on. Hope this helps.
Stop asking so damn many questions about the same thing, first of all. Second of all, go to apple.com and read the INSTRUCTIONS.
i had the same problem. If urs truly is the same as mine then open up itunes ( while the ipod is connected) and click on edit then choose preferences. When a window pops up at the top click ipod and select that you want to handle the music MANUALLY this should hopefully solve your problem.
