i had one of these i took a sledge hamer to the bloody thing
xcontact nokia direct by going to www.nokia.co.uk or go your local dealr where you got the phone form.
phone your network provider
go to the web site of your service provider for example o2 and down load the settings from there or go to nokia .com and ask specifics bout how to do it on your model of nokia but just go into your internet settings and see if it set to a different network to the one your on thwen change it by downloading your settings
