Is there a mobile phone that has a really high megapixel camera?

As far as the maximum number of Megapixels goes, there are two models with 5 megapixel cameras, namely the Samsung P860 and the LG KG920. However these are not available on General release, I believe they are so far avaiable only in S. Korea, although a wordwide release is planned.
The Highest you can get on generally available phones at the moment seems to be 3.2 Megapixels, found on the Nokia N73, Samsung D900 and Sony Ericcson K800, among others.
However, megapixel rating is not the be-all and end-all. the quality of Optics makes a big difference as well.for example, the Nokia N73 uses Carl zeiss opticals so its picture quality is noticably better than the D900. The Sharp 903 has a trump card in the form of a 2x Optical zoom that is much better than the digital zooms most camera-phones have

i dont think there is any phone having more than 2 Mega Pixels camera. and all teh companies are having many models with this faciality.
The max resolution I have seen is 3 megapixel (Nokia N73, N80, N93 , etc)
Many manufacturers have launched phones with high end cameras. Nokia has the powerful Nseries phones like N93, N73 & N90 which all have Carl Zeiss lenses and autofocus.
The N93 has built in 3x optical zoom and records DVD quality footage.
Sony Ericsson has phones like the K800i and the Walkman series most of which have autofocus cameras but is yet to come out with an optical zoom model.
LG leads the pack with the KG920 phone which is a 5 megapixel phone, although I dont know whether its available where you live.
