Does eny one know gud place to eat mexican food in warwickshire? or even in the uk?
Answers:
Try the cellar in warwick, they have a speciality mexican night twice a month.I know the owner (richard).Tell him i sent you.
i've been told that amigo's in worcester is brill.
In London the best place to have mexican food is in Greenwich.there are a few mexican restuarants there
In Birmingham (I know it's not Wawickshire, but the best I can do!!) there are 2 Chiquito's restaurants, the price isn't too high, the food is ok, not gourmet but decent. They're on the Hagly Road and the Great Park in Rubery. Sante Fe in the Mailbox sells Southern American/ Tex Mex food. That's a bit more expensive than Chiquito's but the quality of the food reflects this. I know there is a Mexican restaurant which is very good in Rugby but unfortunately can't remember the name.
BUY YOURSELF A MEXICAN COOK BOOK AND YOUR PLACE COULD BE
ITS EASY TO COOK AND ITS FUN FOOD
BUY TEQUILA TO GO WITH IT, WHO NEEDS A RESTAURANT
There's a good Tex-Mex place in Leicester Sq, London.
There's lots of Chiquito's places, I guess you could find the closest on their web site. There's one in Cheltenham if your close and also a 'That Mexican Place' up the road from us!
Don't know any in Warwickhire, but in London you have the following:
Mestizo, in Hampstead - fine dining, Mexican style, run by Mexicans.
Salsa, near Charing Cross - like one big party. Emphasis on the experience.
La Perla, at Goodge Street - small restaurant, well priced, great food, buzzy bar, tropical cocktails, tapas style Mexican food as well as the usual like Quesadillas, Enchiladas, Tacos, Burritos, Fajitas, etc.
Los Locos, in Covent Garden - Also massive party atmosphere, large portions, huge selection of different kinds of Fajitas, and excellent Margaritas.
Is there a "That Mexican Place" there? they are normally the best.
i dont think their is any good mexcian anywhere in the uk
try Las Iguanas in the Arcadian/Chinese Quarter of Birmingham, not strictly Mexican but Latin American - brilliant cocktails - great happy hour of 2-4-1, gorgeous food, great place to hang out. the food alwasy smells so good from the minute you enter - trust me on this - you will love it! everyone I know whos been has fallen in love with the place.
Im sure I went to a Chiquito's in Leamington Spa. Other than that the Mexican cafe in Auckland (I realise that this does involve a long haul flight but the mojitos are worth it.
