Anyone know a restaurant north of Newcastle with a classy menu but Mcdonald's prices?

Follow the coastal road up to Lynmouth and try the pub there. A good chef makes the difference.

There isn't any classy retsaurants with those prices, if there was I'd be worried about the quality of the food.

dont get mad, but which newcastle are you referring to (i love to dangle my prepostions almost as much as i love dining out).
i know one north of newcastle delaware, but i dont know one north of any other newcastles, not even the one to which you are most likely referring.
