First, you need to have a big old bundle of cash to pay for the credit card bill.. they will ask for a credit card number to hold the reservation. Then, you are going to have to find the number and call.. then wait for an opening. You might be able to go online and find info. When you do finally have the tea, don't forget to hold out your pinkie finger when you pick up your tea and act like you are really bored so people think you do that sort of thing all the time.

the suggestion i can make is do what my friends father did last year and contact the hotel on the internet website as they have an online reservation service or failing that you can get them to call you back no charge to you.
