Anybody recommend good lunch places around leicester square/covent garden/soho?

Apart from pubs, im looking for somewhere which is cheap and quick, preferablly lunch that costs around £5, and a place where i can eat lunch within an hour. Take away places are good too.any ideas? Something similar to RedVeg.

you probably wont get anything for £5 unless you go to sandwich shops or fast food restaurants like KFC, pizza hut or McDonald's.

Some Chinese and italian restaurants have buffets that can be from £5 up so take a look around china town and you may find somewhere in your budget.
If your a veggie you have to try 'Just Falafs' (actually try it if your not)

Treat yourself and up the ante to 10 or 15 and go for a dim sum in chinatown - yum!!
