Lebanese restaurants in London do not have a michelin star
Not sure about morrocan
the best michelin star restaurant in london is pied a terre in charlotte street w1 it has two. if you want a good morrocan resaurant there is a very nice one in curzon st w1 by the side of the cinema . "bon appetit"
Momo's is a fantastic morrocan restaurant. not sure if it has michelin stars but it is a renowed restaurant bar and private membesr club. you cannot go wrong. good food and ambience also.
I dont know any michelin starred arabic resturaunts but Edgeware road is full of lebanese resturaunts, Maroush is recommended. http://www.maroush.com/ they ve something like 15 outlets or more in london! plus in Edgeware road u have the whole arabic ambience. Ive heard mixed reviews about MoMos some say its over priced and the staff can be rude some say its a great place with a great atmoshphere.
