I STAYED IN THE HOTEL OPPOSITE THE ROAD LEADING TO THE FERRY IN PLYMOUTH. I CAN NOT REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE PLACE BUT THE WAS REALLY GOOD AND HAD KARAOKE IN THE BAR

You could try contacting the Marshfield Country Club. It's right near Plymouth, and seems like they would have a venue which might help you.
Try the Hemisphere restaurant in sandwich, ma. they have a function hall right on the canal
