Any one eaten at any of Gordon Ramseys PLaces what are they like?

I've eaten in Claridge's - I had cynical views about whether or not food could really be worth the sort of money that was being asked for, but the meal I had here blew me away. I have the taster menu, which was about £60 per head, which is a little steep.. but it was utterly amazing. I can't describe, you simply have to taste it. This was a couple of years ago and since then my cynicism about eating at "fancy" restaurants has vanished. You pay a lot for a meal at a good restaurant, but it's fully deserved. I've since eaten at Hospital Road in Chelsea, and that was amazing too - the only annoying thing was the saga of booking a table - it took a long while as the place is always booked out. But the atmosphere isn't pretentious, like you'd expect. I'd thoroughly recommend a Ramsey restuarant.
Yes - EXPENSIVE !
No - But I would LOVE to. I love Gordon Ramsey. I think he's brilliant. Let us know what it was like if you go!
Great. Try MAZE, In grosvnor square.. Full of great staff (international, knowledgeable and friendly) Its really hard to get a reservation though, Sometimes for a 8pm dinner you will have to wait months. The reservation staff are very good at recomending another location for you night of choice. To vier you to their less full resturants.
those places are nasty.. look at the cleaniness there!!
I haven't been but I love Gordon Ramsay and I would imagine that the food quality, the service, the surroundings would be second to none. Of course the meals will be expensive but you only get what you pay for in this life. It would be a real experience to eat at one of his restaurants and see perfection on a plate !
Boxwood Cafe at the Berkely Hotel is probably the cheapest of his venues. Still really nice food though. Think they're doing set lunch, 3 courses for £21 at the moment.
yeah i've eaten at the maze - its definatley a different experience a good one though.

you have to be open to different tastes and textures - you must try the BLT they not what you expect.
MAZE. Office do. We sent back all the starters as the fish was not cooked/cured & we anticipated getting worms.well, one of use is a food/health journalist.
It was nice to see Gordon. He was much more polite than we imagined & we got the wine free due to the issue with the fish. Top oke!
His bistro diner "Banquette "at the Savoy was OK, but really quite ordinary - (uninspiring vegetables served up separately, and mashed potato which tasted just like Smash) I was surprised given all the coverage which he gets. Wouldn't rush to go to one of his restaurants on that basis!
