God is omnipresent - that means He is present everywhere. He is also omnipotent (all powerful), so Heaven can be everywhere. We are told in the Bible that God's house has many mansions. I believe that we go to whichever level we have earned a place for, by our way of life here.
God is the essence of "existence" he is what keeps existence "being", so he isn't in the world, he is the world, he is the universe, he is existence.
