Answers:
If you want the Open University website it is www.open.ac.uk. I have been an OU student for two years now, and can highly recommend it!

For Learn Direct, go to www.learndirect.co.uk or ask at your local library. My local library has a Learn Direct centre within it.

Unfortunately, neither of these are free, but there is financial assistance, possibly meeting all of the course fee if you are in receipt of certain (UK) benefits.

Hope this helps and good luck with your studies!
You wont get any free courses from the Open University. I think they do have a form of grant, but you still need to pay something towards it.

You should go to the Learn Direct site and search for the type of course you are looking for also visit your local college as a few of them now do Distance LEarning courses and the may have some free or very low cost ones
