God apparently created the earth, so who created the universe?

Answers:
God had nothing to do with it, everything just "grew",rather than being created ,the universe , the earth and everything on it "evolved."

who created god?
NOW THATS THE QUESTION YOU SHOULD BE ASKING.
Actually this question is very narrow as it asking who created the universe. In fact, there are billions of other universes which cross an infinite number of dimensions.

So, if you are asking who created this particular universe, it is also that God did.

We inhabit a universe of three dimensions plus time. However, God also exists outside of these dimensions and thus what He does does not follow a linear track of time. The closest analogy to describe God's actions and creations is to imagine all the sand particles in the world as being God's actions and that they are all happening simultaneously for Him but not for us.
God he created EVERYTHING (even garden gnomes and tshirts)
God did that too.
you know when i was a kid, always thought it was one of my god. then, i grew up, there was different story according to science. i've been banging up and down my life and trying to find who that stupid created all this big thing. now i realise one most important creature to all, time. you know, from dawn to dusk, today to tommorrow. have you ever thought that you can stop it. it has its own rhythm. motion. whatever you do. that's untouchable. yet, it still govern us. the one beyond anyone's reach is the creator. you can choose your own name: christ, mohammad, shiva, buddha and so on.
Did he?? I thought it woz E.T. !
As for the UNIVERSE,I think it's no more than A BOWL OF ELECTRIC SOUP!! OR... could be PATRICK MOORE??!
The earth was created by a power, with certain knowladge, on a big scale but not big enogh to create a universe. You can cook beans, but can you build a kitchen?
The earth was created by colliding what was the earth, and the moon, (origionally both the same size) as evolving gas planets together, chain reacting the earth to form, the moon to recceed.
Basic stuff, really. the universe, did used to contain Ten planets. The recent discovery of a piece of ice rock, being heralded as the "tenth" planet, from scriptures, and acient, documented knowlage. Not true. It was the moon. Scientific theory already exists, for slamming gas formed planets together, and getting one winning plannet, one loser, from two gass balls, but so far this relates to accidental solar system forming, give it a few years. The earth Was created, ala "bible", but not quite in a religious sense! The knowlage has long since been forgotten.
God did. Definitley. Don't think it came out of nowhere..
how do you know that god created the earth? How do you know that any part was actually created? It could have been a chemical reaction or whatever. Can you tell me that if there is a god who created the earth - how do we know it's a man, why did he make so many mistakes, why doesnt he put things right, what the hell has he been doing since he created the earth if he managed this in just seven days? He must get more holidays than Father Christmas!
