Yeah, it's a speech impediment, but it can be corrected when young by going to a speech therapist.. I went to one because i pronounced Ts as Ks and couldn't pronounce Cs

It is more usual for people to not be able to pronounce the S sound and it usually comes out as TH such as saying trust as trutht. This is called a lisp. Some people can't pronounce the TH sound and it comes out as an F such as Thursday as Fursday. This is usually a learned thing and comes from having parents who also talk like this, it is very common in Londoners and posh people.
