I won that last year.
Niether, it's an illegal money scam.
Spam it. It is nothing but bs
It's a scam to try to get you to give them your bank account and pin number so they can suck you dry.
It's a scam! My mom got this letter saying she won some Canadian lottery, and had an $1800 check enclosed that she was supposed to send back for her "total" winnings. Turns out that it was a bogus check (even the bank cashed it) and now she has to pay all of it back. Don't do it.
its nothing but a scam report it immediatly
Did you play this lottery? If you dont play, you cant win..
what company is going to let you win thier money if you did not do anything for them..ie buy a ticket ,buy a car.etc..

Sounds like a bogus ploy to get personal information from you. Sorry!
I get about 20 of those every week. They are completely false. Do NOT send them any information.
Yeah it's real.real FAKE! That's a really old scam! I've never seen an internet version. Do they sell bridges, too? Here, check out this link, it tells you all about the whole scam.
As a general rule, if youv'e really won something, and they contact you to let you know, then they should probably know your name. If you didn't actively opt-in to whatever contest you just won, chances are, you didn't win anything.
your so lucky its legit ok my cousin knows someone who won on this very lotto, wow your so lucky
If you have played this game by purchase than it may be true, if not than they may be trying to get personal info from you- send them nothing and report as spam if this is not an actual lottery that you have signed up for. The Internet is full of scams! Stick to your local lottery!

I think this is called phishing if they asked for personal information. Don't believe it!
