What have the following got in common, a Farthing, the Royal Navy and Kensington Palace

Answers:
Wrens

Reasoning of answer. The farthing had a wren on it, A Wren is a female in the Navy. I havn't found the connection with Kensington palace yet but I would take a guess that it is on the heraldic shield or a symbol of the Palace.

EDIT: Found it!! Sir Christopher Wren was the architect of Kensington Palace :D I knew I'd get it eventually! lol
