'Catch as catch can' in Spanish?

I am starting a kids TV programme in Bogotá, Colombia, and the name is 'Catch as catch can'. I have an idea what it is in Spanish, 'Como salgan las cosas', but can anybody give me a closer meaning? The TV programme is to teach English.
