What is Eupharian?

I first saw this word in an answer to the question here "What if migration never existed".
I wasn't sure of the source so did a google search, the only other reference was to another answer on yahoo answers, posted by the self same guy (Mr Curious)!
Has anybody ever heard this word in any other context? Or is Mr Curious proselatizing his own invented theory?

Answers:
Perhaps it is a people who lived near the River Euphrates?

The word Euphoria means to be in a state of heightend bliss. To be extremely happy and confident!
I am not saying that it is the correct answer but at least I had a go!
