What do you usually say when you want some service done to the best performance?

we usually say "do your best!". What would you say with the same meaning, so as to have that person do his very best?

I'd say give 100%, or please give the best of your ability.
I always found please and thank you work well or flash your warrant card when you pay and have it delivered to Sargent.
"For the best work, I will pay extra."
for the best work always be polite and always remember "please and Thank you!" You can't go far wrong if you remember that!

i think supporting them or giving them extra cash would help..or maybe something lyk, the more money u make by putting effort in, the more u get paid
I'd say, "please do it to the best of your ability." I'm simply asking for the best he can do. No more, no less. And politeness can often work wonders too.
