I am due to start a legal executive course soon, could anyone tell me if they have done it and how hard it is?

Answers:
It is not hard if you budget your time well. Be prepared to not only read, but thoroughally analyze 100 pages each night. You should be able to answer ANY questions about what you have read BEFORE class each day.
as with anything in life, if it is worth attaining, it will be hard to attain. i presume it is an ILEX course.and with this presumption in mind, i would say that it is only hard if you don't read up and make sure you comprehend what you are learning.

there is a lot of information to absorb and if you have no experience in the legal field it will require more time than what tutors will say you will need, which is ok because as long as you do understand what you are being taught, it doesn't matter how long it takes in terms of hours.

the nutshell study books are concise and cheap, being a good first port of call for reference. aside from that make sure you invest in a good legal dictionary and have people whom you can discuss legal issues with as this always helps, especially in law.

good luck - i hope you do really well.
