Why is a lion bar called a lion bar, when there is absolutely no lion in it whatsoever?

thosands of years ago they put lions in them but lions became in dangered so they had to stop.

The advert a couple of years ago showed the bar being snapped in half, and yes, it does look like a lion opening its mouth and roaring. ( i'll keep taking the tablets shall I!!)
