If a gynaecologist told a patient she had 'acute angina', could he be struck off?

Answers:
if the gynacologist found it, hes looking way too deep. LOL
I'm not a gynaecologist, but I'll have a look
What does "struck off" mean?
lolol :)
acute? or a cute?
I dont get what youre saying. are you just being stupid? If a doc made a diagnosis then what does that matter to him?
acute angina is an issue dealing with your heart. Why would a gynecologist tell the patient that, shouldn't that be something your cardiologist tells you and you then tell the gynecologist in your health history?

But i get the joke.harhar.play on words.
wouldnt think so - if this was part of the medical profession
If it was a nurse / cleaner etc.. then possibly - but OB/GYN ?

check out with your local hospital - will have an advice centre - PALS (in England)
well, what?
gynecologist. and "acute angina" is a CARDIAC problem.

what does "struck off" mean. what country are you from?

Did you think he meant something about "vagina"?

No. it's a cardiac problem and maybe knew because of records or an exam.
Very cute.. but I've heard that joke before! :o)
a cute vagina sounds like a compliment to me.why should be stuck off?
Oh, you are funny aren't you?! I seen what you done there, that is very funny, that was a mix of words there! oh, very good! A wee bit of inuendo, eh? oh my, you are clever! keep them comin mate, suddenly the internet is getting good!
Have you heard this one?
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy!
oh ok, acute angina sounds like "a cute vagina" wow.2 pts for me! :)
lmao!!
ace question :D

if he was lucky he'd get whacked off ^^
no
Some of the best Diagnosers are poor communicators. She should ask him to clarify his verdict so that she can understand what exactly is wrong. One should not jump to conclusion.I know an expert surgeon physician who cannot treat patients by himself because of his quick tempers. OtherDoctors consult him and keep him professionally alive. His knowledge is really valuable to them. He has a very small but loyal practice also. Those patients are willing to put up with his tantrums, to get what they perceive as the benefit of the" Doctors' Doctor's care" and treatment
After thought..
Why has the obsession with specialisation gone so crazy that an MB,BS qualified Gynaecologist who has done P.G. in Gynaecology should be presumed unqualified to make a primary diagnosis of any ailment of any part of the human being presented to him for opinion?Every OB and GYN specialist is expected to keep a watch on the heart and other support systems that aid the Reproductive system.
I am reminded of a Childhood joke about Specialist as someone who knows a little more about a part of theBody and a Super Specialist as one who tries to learn more and more about less and less until he knows everything about nothing!
Hahaha.

Get this: whenever I go and have a smear test I always get the same nurse, and she always tells me what a 'lovely pink cervix' I had. I find this hilarious but genuinely heartwarming at the same time. It's nice to know that someone thinks highly of me deep inside ;-)
A mother told her daugther's new husband that the daugther had acute angina, and the husband said "That's great because her boobs are really small."
