When you end a sentence with Yahoo! do you need a full stop?

Yahoo! is a noun, right? The exclamation mark is part of the company name. So if I'm writing a sentence that finished with the company name, Yahoo!, do I need extra punctuation?

I would say yes you do. It is the end of a sentence, and at the end of every sentence, there should be a full stop, whether there be one at the bottom of the exclamation mark or not!.
