Slobbering already..
Enjoy yours.
Today I will be having a fried egg, some ham and a slice of edam cheese inside a toasted onion and poppyseed bagel with lots of tomato ketchup, and some crisps on the side. If it wasn't just me here alone, then I would cook a proper roast dinner - roast beef with yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and parsnips, carrots, peas, runner beans, thick gravy, and horseradish sauce.
You may find this hard to believe.
Ostrich roast
(it is even more tender and tastier than roastbeef. AND very high protein + low fat)

But today I'm fixing baked squash (pumpkin type) with a meat, onion and rice filling, and bechamel white sauce over the top.
Hope you have a nice sunday dinner! Bon Appetit!

Try Venison, cut into small chunks about an inch square marinated in Guinness & port & a sprig of thyme 1 can of guinness & half bottle of port (doesnt't have to be expensive port)cover & leave to marinate for 24 hrs, then remove the meat from the liquid, (keep the liquid), dry the meat off well & roll in well seasoned flower, chop a couple of onions up finely also a couple of cloves of garlic & a few mushrooms, fry the onions, garlic & mushrooms till all soft (not brown) remove them from the pan & keep, put seasonned flored meat into pan & fry till meat is sealed well, place 2 one side, add some of the marinade liquor to the pan & bring to the boil, so as to get all the flavours from the pan, return everything back into the dish with the marinade & cover, put into a moderate oven about Mk3 & cook for about 3 to 4 hours then serve with the vegetables of your choice oh dont forget the Jersey spuds
