I'm sure party rings used to be bigger in the 80s did they?

I'm sure when I used to have party rings as a kid they were much bigger - I know I was smaller but still. Does anyone have an answer?

They are smaller but just as sickly and as a boy it was unfair
because most of them were pink and if you took a pink one you was called a sissy.
