they dont particularily have anything in them which could make you addicted, save for the nice taste and comforting feeling. If you eat lots it isnt too much of a problem just remember to grill the bacon, remove the fat and have boiled/ microwave scrambled eggs. And eat plenty of fruit veg and wholemeal carbs.

I don't think you are addicted, however, I do like to eat them every day. So I guess in a sence you can get addicted somewhat. But I think it is more of a habit than addiction.
