there are quite few 'superfoods', oily fish as already stated, blueberries.random but true.avocado's/pomegrantes/k. choc/broccolli/spinach are also being promoted as super foods at the moment, as all are high in natural anti oxidants.
also, specific brains foods tend to be protein based, so fish, meats and cheese are all good.
