I need a good wine related b-day gift for my dad?

He's got a nice automatic opener, enough wine for several centurys and all the good guide books and enough wine glasses to supply several armys. HELP.

Man cannot live on wine alone. How about a membership in the Cheese of the Month Club? http://www.cheesemonthclub.com/cheesefea.

Cheers!
try wine. com, there's all kinds of stuuf there,
a trip to go wine tasting or visit vineyards or something of the sort
Go to one of the huge liguor stores they have lots of gift things that are nice. Some are very expensive and some are not. There are lots of things I'm sure he doesn't have but would like to have.

The only thing I can think of are those charms that go around the bottom part of the stem on the wine glasses.

Here is a website with an extensive array: http://wineracksplansandmore.com/wiglch.. They also have lots of wine accesories and stuff.
A nice crystal decanter.
What about a nice picnic bag, one that has a space for a wine bottle to be carried, then he can picnic outdoors with his wine and food.
how about a trip to a winery..or you can get him a subscription to wine spectator magazine..its about $50 for a year.
boones farm u can get it bu the gallon cheep and it fugs u up
I just looked around on wineenthusiast.com and they had some interesting vaccuum wine preservers, to keep your wine fresh for a few more days after opening.
How about a Wino? They have a great relationship with wine and will do almost anything for a cheap bottle of red.
I had an absolutely incredible meal at a winery where a different wine was offered with each of seven courses (samples, of course) along with a tour. Does he live near any wineries? A gift certificate for that would be really nice--or even better you could join him if you live nearby.
Take him to a wine makers dinner, check your local restaurants and hotels.
Wine tour if you life near wineries..
Electric wine cooler, the kind that holds 20-50 bottles so he can have close access to favourites.
A real special bottle, something grand that he wouldn't necessarily buy. Just because he has a lot of wine already doesn't mean he won't appreciate a stellar bottle.
Maybe go over the top with a champagne
1. Wine is never enough!

2. Consider some attributes, that can be good humored - specially designed wine stoppers, champagne stoppers, wine vacuumers (to suck air from opened bottles), silver bucket to chill white wine and champagne.

3. Where does he keep his wine? How about special wine-storing-fridge to keep his best wines.

4. A wine-tasting trip to Italy or Bordeaux (or Napa Valley or Finger Lakes)
Riedel has stemless wine glasses now that are trendy.

Does he have a wine fridge? You can buy them for as few as 6 bottles.

How about wine-related coasters? Red wine can stain tableclothes.

Or just get him more wine. Especially ones perhaps with really interesting labels. You can never have too much wine.
If you are over 18 .. Just bring him for dinner or lunch and buy a medium priced bottle of wine. TELL HIM Happy Bday and give him a big Hug in da restaurant . and that will sort out all of the hassel 4 u .. just as easy and more meaningful.?
If you have the budget, get him a bottle of Dom. Romane Conti 1997 - app. US$1,540.
does he make his own wine? maybe get him a starter kit so that he can expand his hobbie and create his own wine to share with others. Its a lot of fun and gives a sense of pride to the wine he serves.
is he old? just piss in a bottle of welchs and tell him yoyu made it, he'll never know
How about gift certificates for a winery or a wine club or something along those lines. That way he can use it when he wants to and spend it on something he wants.
claret
what about some really nice bottle stoppers?
