Bar prices (eg)lager beer cider @hilton hotel newport s. wales?

Answers:
I'm from Newport, live in Cardiff and have worked in the pub trade for several years.

The problem with Hiltons and any other big hotel chain is that they charge a hell of a lot more for their drinks than you'd pay in any normal pub. While I can't give you exact figures I imagine that whereas you'd pay £2.60-ish for a pint of average lager in a "normal" Cardiff pub, in a Hilton hotel you'd be paying a hell of a lot more for the same thing. £4.50 wouldn't surprise me, which is extortionate really but you pay to drink in the posh surroundings and have it in a nice chilled glass rather than just chugging a pint down in the local with all the local scum breathing down your neck.
no idea man probably expensive
I payed £4.25 for a pint of stella in the Hilton in Blackpool and that was last year!!
