I would like table setting diagrams for breakfast, lunch and dinner?

I need to make posters for the kitchen staff at work on how to lay a table properly

I find the following link to be extremely helpful for almost any occasion and it does have specific diagrams:

Make it a tudor day , and use fingers. It saves washing up as well!!
Simple trough goes down the middle of the table, one bucket per customer
Easy enough:

Breakfast - Dinner plate center. to the right of plate is napkin, knife and spoon. To the left is the fork. Juice glass to the upper left of plate - 1-2". Coffee cup to the right of plate 1-2". Center above plate can be small plate for bread. Bread knife place across center of this plate.

Lunch & Dinner - basically the same set up, except you will be adding an addition fork (salad fork - smaller) to the left of the dinner fork. If you are serving a soup course, you will need to add a soup spoon to the right side of the dinner spoon. Salad plate can be stacked on top of the dinner plate. You will add a water glass where the juice glass was, and also to the right of that will be the tea or wine glass.

Hope this helps.
