How many 5 a day did you get today? Or how many portions of junk food did you have?

im miles past the 5 mark =D and anyway i say it should be 8 not 5
well after i get dinner i will have had more than my 5 a day
I had mushrooms at breakfast time
Red peppers at lunch time
Am planning on having a big salad for dinner.
No fruit though, may have an apple in my salad.
i've had cranberries so far. does that count?
'Fraid ive eaten total c**p all day and now i feel really bloated
To be honest I have my 5 a day (of junk) but only 2 or 3 of my 5 a day (healthy stuff)
i had one (a banana).
no junk food, except white bread and some crips but the day's not over!
5 Fruit muselli for breakfast with bananna on top, vegatable lasagna for lunch, and tomatoe based pasta tonight for dinner, so I should have covered them all.

so far today I had some juice and some caramel Hershey Kisses
I plan to eat a better lunch (turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat bread - YUMMY!)
I had an apple danish 4 breakfast lol and a banana & glass of orange juice.
Lunch I had 2 little chicken burgers wiv lettuce n tomatos & orange juice.
Im eatin a tasty nectarine now yum!
4 dinner Im goin 2 hav pounded yam wiv a sauce of tomatos peppers and spinach.
So.yep I fink I do have 5 a day! :-)
No junk today. No food either. Dieting. I may have some salad later. Maybe I will make it with 3 veg and 2 fruit. :) MMMM
