nice and simple, wrap a trout in tin foil and add some lemon slices and some herbs.
As for veg, get an old fryingpan and roughly chop some seeded Bell Peppers. Cover in olive oil and season with freshly ground pepper and leave to cook for 30 mins.
Cook and enjoy.
BTW cook some bananas in their skins for a desert, just leave them until the skin is blackened all round and serve with cream or an alcohol drizzle.
Whale. All you need is an incredibly large grill, with wheels, and giant pieces of coal. It can be done.

at a friends bbq & he did mushrooms, just regular field mushrooms. leave in the stalk, put some feta cheese into the mushroom and wrap in tin-foil. its only small but sooo sooo good. enjoy!!
Get out that tin foil and wrap up ears of corn. Tomatoes also grill well cut in half with basil and lemon brushed on. Oversized scallops and shrimp take on a special flavor from the grill -- just don't overcook them.
mackerel is good on a BBQ, U could try stuffed mushrooms, or stuffed peppers, lentil burgers, i know they r burgers, but they r a bit different
I love grilled courgettes: slice them and let them marinate for about 30 minutes in olive oil with salt, pepper and italian herb mix.
Buy some quorn mince put it in a blender with garam masala fresh mint fresh coriander butter onions and fresh chillies if you like a bit of heat and make them into round balls cook them in the oven for 15 mins then finish on bbq they wont fall apart and taste Delicious
tuna steaks tasty, but dont cook it too long it has to be just right
2 large whole mackerel, cleaned
150 ml (1/4 pint) oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbs Schwartz Spicy Thai Crushed Curry Spices
2 tbs light soy sauce
2 tbs mango chutney
1 bunch spring onions,- roughly chopped
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
Remove the backbone from the mackerel and cut each fish lengthways into two. Place the fillets in a shallow dish.
Combine the oil, lemon juice, Spicy Thai Crushed Curry Spices, soy sauce and mango chutney in a small bowl. Pour over the fish and scatter with the spring onions and chilli. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Cook the fish on the grill for 10-12 minutes or until tender.
I don't think I know of any fish because I don't think fish and BBQ mix to good. There is veggie I just can't think of any, but if you are talking about just grilling them then you can grill some slices of Zuchinni, Egg Plante, and Corn for your veggie. For you fish you can just grill some Shrips and White Fish. You can also season you veggies and fish with the seasonings you want or you can leave them plain. I like them better if they are seasoned.

1 piece of Salmon, skin on, tail end
tarragon
butter
salt & pepper
tinfoil
Using a grill pan, put a liner of tinfoil down. Lay the salmon on the foil skin side down. Put a couple of pats of butter on the salmon. Sprinkle with a little tarragon. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the salmon over med-high heat for about 25 minutes (for a 1-1.25 lb piece) or until flaky. Serve with a slice of lemon!
Always delicious with steamed or grilled asparagus. Add some mashed potatoes and hollandaise sauce for some extra flair.

These kebabs are so loaded up, they make a meal in themselves. Mix up the colors and it will look as impressive as it tastes.
INGREDIENTS:
1 small yellow squash, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
1 Bermuda onion
4 mushroom caps
1 red pepper, cut into 8 pieces
1 Japanese eggplant, cut into 1/4 inch slices
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
PREPARATION:
Mix olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, basil, parsley, garlic and pepper together in a large sealable plastic bag. Add vegetables and toss. Let sit in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. . Place vegetables on skewers alternating as you go.
Reserve marinade to brush vegetables as they cook. Place over a medium flame and cover. Cook about 10-15 minutes, brushing with marinade every 3-4 minutes. Remove from grill when the vegetables are brown and tender.
