Diet for fussy eaters?
DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME? i AM QUITE A FUSSY EATER - i DONT EAT SEA FOOD, EAT VERY LITTLE RED MEAT, ANT DISLIKE MOST VEGATABLES
I WANT TO LOOSE 2STONE BUT ALL DIETS TELL ME TO EAT WHAT I DONT LIKE

Make your own diet eating foods that you like but limiting your intake of saturated fat, sugar and carbohydrates.
Or count calories that way you can eat what you like within your daily calorie allowance.
eat cottaqge cheese it is healthy and healpful also yougurts and fruits .try some honey and iced teas
WELL IT SEEMS LIKE YOU DONT LIKE ANY FOOD SO IT SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM FOR YOU TO LOSE WEIGHT.
try eating fruit
sound like you need to look at what you do eat and see what the calories are for those things.
Then reduce your calorie intake. Or reduce how much you put on your plate and chew everything at least 10 times. When you feel full stop eating.
I would also suggest to try and do some more exercise.

The only diet i found that worked for me was weight watchers because i could eat what i liked within my point allowance!
I make loads of sugar free jelly and try to eat chicken and rice, but it's bloody boring!!
Atleast with weight watchers everything is allowed, you just have to watch your portion control!
I have the same problem. Try weight watchers. It dosnt force you to eat anyhtin you dont want to eat but and you get to eat all of the food you love as long as it fits into your daily point values. Worked for me
