BOTH ! if one is truly a hot dog nut (LIKE ME), go to 86th and 3rd " PAPAYA KING" best Hot Dog In NY, get the fresh fruit drink too, it's awesome, especially the foam at the end. "Nathan's" in Coney Island is a close 2nd place winner, I hit both places.
