Why do i eat when im bored?

Because it is something to do. I do it all the time. My advice though is try doing something fun instead
i dont no.. i do it to.. its really starting bug me. ppl might just say to stop or something. but its not that easy!! i even eat before i go to bed, knowing that im going to brush my teeth.

because it is fun. I do it too. I just try to keep it as healthy as possible. micro popcorn is a good thing to keep you occupied.

Probably for the same reason why some people eat when they are sad, happy, lonely or excited. It's an emotional reaction.
