I'll give my final recommendation at the end, but these are possibilities. Maybe go to Ayesha Restaurant, it might be good. It has address 98-100 Bentham Drive, Liverpool South with phone number 0151 737 1713. To tell you the truth, I haven't actually eaten there because I usually eat food at home. Nonetheless, I'm sure you'll find this place okay. An alternative is Millon Tandoori Restaurant with address 187-189 Allerton Road, Mossley Hill, Liverpool South and telephone number 0151 729 0220. I'm not a big fan of North Indian food because I'm used to eating Kerala dishes, but perhaps try the biryani there.
My biggest recommendation though is to go to Maharaja South Indian Restaurant at 34-36 London Road, City Centre with number 0151 709 2006. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and the people are really nice! If you're going for breakfast, maybe get dosa, and for lunch or dinner get something like rice and curry or maybe chappathi if available. There's probably nice selection, so you can ask them for help and see what is good. Even for take-away. I hope I helped.
