I'm sorry to be indelicate but, according to a bardrink.com, it's called a Big Green Booger:
Big Green Booger. Qty. Ingredients. 2/3 oz. Melon Liquer (like Midori), 1/3 oz. Banana Liquer. Bailey's Irish Cream. Glass type: Shot
I think it needs be called something like a Jungle Slide.

In many places in the north you can get them from the bar in a glass. Called Corky's and I think the alcohol level is higher.
