It really depends on the kind of chocolate bar and who you want buying it. Kids and guys go for more hard core/exciting names which work well for bars with nuts. Snickers, Payday etc. While smoother tastes, which match chocolate with caramel, or peanut-butter, and also appeal more to women (who really buy the most chocolate anyway), tend to be smoother, Carmelo, Resses, Dove, Symphony.

Another factor that plays in is whether it is dark chocolate, milk or light. You can't call a bar Midnight and have it be white or milk chocolate.

So I'd go for a smoother name, (chocolate) Storm & Thunderstorm work well for a smooth name that still has some power and would work for all but white chocolate (Unless it's a Milk or a Dark stripped with white). Rythm also would work well.

At the end it's not about the name, it' about the chocolate that's inside it. A chocolate bar could be called cow pie or Poop Log and if it's a really good chocolate (like cadbury Milk bar, or Dove) I'd still eat it.
Poofy Puffs!
eat me
Hex .. The Hex Bar.
Depends on what else is in it. If it is just chocolate it has got so much competition on the shelf of stores. that it would be doomed to fail.

However..

Glutton4Punishment would apeal to S&M types as well as gluttons.

Glutton Buttons could be the next line in the branding.

Lush Bars.. sounds - lush! And alckies will be wondering where it states the %vol information.

Raisin d'Etra's (or Raisin d'Extra's) (if they had raisins in, obviously)

Angel Wings (if they were sweet, light and non-existant)

Ghost Bars (for the non-corporeal customers - never get fat on these as the strap-line)

Incognito - it is a great word. it should make a cracking chocolate..

Inca Zuma (if it was rich dark chocolate with little balls of spicy orange imbedded in it.)
